Blogging For Profit - Is It Possible and where do we start.
I am by no means an expert on blogging for money.I would be the first one to admit that allthough i can see a huge potential to make some serious money in blogging it is not as easy as all the marketing gurus make out. There is money to be made if you know what you are doing but if you think you can figure this all out on your own then you are mistaken. You need to acquire some skills first.
I recently signed up for a 30 day trial with Stephen Pierces MRMI Super Cash site which is a very good starting place for any wanna be serious blogger.I would highly recommend it.
He teaches a lot of things that you cannot get anywhere else on the internet and starts with the basics.Like how to find niche markets, how to build a website in under an hour consistently, how to get a mass of people to visit your site and much much more.
Lets get back to Blogging for Profit.....
Some may say that the market is saturated but that is not the case.Just by doing some simple research with free tools anyone can see that there are thousands of niche markets that have very little competition. And thats where i am aiming for.
One research tool is the google keyword tool which shows how many people search for a particular keyword tool each month. At this moment in time there are 50,000 each month that are searching for "diecast model cars".So you can see that although there is competition the market is big enough for everyone to have a slice.Stephen Pierce goes more in depth than i can do in this article.
Some people may say i cant write or i cant afford it and have any number of excuses as to why they cannot do it.Nowadays you dont even have to write your own articles as there is an endless amount of articles on the internet that you can use legally.
There is really no excuse.
It is also much cheaper now to set up a web site or blog compared to 5 years ago.You can even do it for free at blogger.com.But i would suggest paying for your own site.
I bought my webspace at hostgator.com because it is the cheapest reliable hosting out there. This cost around $100 for the year and from there on you can buy domain names for $7 and host them on the same hosting.
I know i have been plugging Stephen Pierces MRMI Super Cash but it really is exceptional and for $1 its a price that anyone can afford.
